The Guild would be nothing without its members!

Game Nights

Game nights are held weekly on Thursdays starting from 6pm-11pm at the KW Granite Club.

From time to time there will be cancellations which will be posted in Discord and in our Blog. You can also subscribe to our Google Calendar or iCal to see the events directly on your phone.

Membership Fees

You can manage your membership at https://buymeacoffee.com/kwwargamingguild and then link your discord account to access the community.

If you’re not ready to join as a member you can email us at organizers@kwwargamingguild .com to ask for access to the discord for free.

Occasional Member: $6 per month and includes one contest entry + Once or Twice a Month Attendance to Game Night
All Access Member: $18 per month and includes two contest entries + Access to All Game Nights
True Believer: $32 per month and includes four contest entries + Access to All Game Nights. Join this tier to shoulder a heavier burden so we can make the club more accessible to others who can’t.

Monthly Contest

Members are automatically entered into a monthly contest for a $25 gift card to a local game store. They can choose from options such as J&J Cards, Chimera Gaming, C&C Gamebridge, or other stores in the KW region. Winners will be announced on Discord at the beginning of each month.

Pizza

We do a Pizza order in Discord each week. We prefer people pay for the pizza via Buy me a Coffee. We can collect cash if required, but the online payment is preferred. It’s $8 to get in on the ‘za.

Single Attendance

If you’re not a paying member yet and you want to come out for a single club night, you can pay your single attendance fee here. We can collect cash if required, but the online payment is preferred, the fee is $5.

Guest Night

Every 2nd Thursday of the month, paying subscribers can bring guests for free.

Guests can be friends, coworkers, or family.
Paying subscribers can bring more than one guest.
Guest nights will be listed on our website and calendar.

This is a great chance for new people to try out the Guild and see what we’re all about!
